The mission of Puentes is to help leaders, leadership teams and organizations to face business challenges in complex times, for example in case of:

c) Challenges that ask for performance Improvement and competence development of leaders/managers, leadership teams and organizations
The core competence of Puentes is integration of learning management & change management & performance management. Puentes works by using business driven action learning and people-centred change management. We are acting quality driven, result oriented and integrity based.
The temporary external and independent help of Puentes will:
– Facilitate a high quality, action driven and reliable Change & Learning Process
– Be a catalyst to get things moving more quickly
That’s exactly the added value of Puentes. The approach will be tailor-made, based on the challenges the leader / manager, leadership team and organization faces. For example:

HOW WE WORK
Business Driven Action Learning
My way of working with leadership-teams is based on so called Business Driven Action Learning as developed by Yury Boshyk. The core of this approach is that actual Business Challenges in the organization are taken as a starting point and will be combined with the Personal Challenges of team members. A process will be put in place where Action and Learning go together. My role is to facilitate this process. The result for the organization will be good quality, speed, engagement and therefore sustainable change.

People-Centred Change Implementation
During the implementation phase of a change programme, my way of working is based on People Centred Implementation (PCI) as developed by Changefirst.
